Our club offers a variety of training programs annually to support runners with their goals, at a variety of levels as well as other opportunities to run with one another.
We offer a range of selections throughout the year:
We offer a beginning running program which helps get new runners off on the right foot.
We have one annual track training program, sometimes more are added.
We've organized a couple of Trail fitness classes and Beginner Trail classes.
Join our marathon and half marathon training program in November to get ready for spring distance races, such as the Oakland Running Festival, Napa Valley Marathon, LA Marathon, Boston, Big Sur Marathons .
