Our club offers a variety of training programs annually to support runners with their goals, at a variety of levels as well as other opportunities to run with one another.
We offer a range of selections throughout the year:
We offer a beginning running program which helps get new runners off on the right foot.
We have had 2 summer training programs and have one left. This one will be in Castro Valley starting in August if we have enough runners.
We've organized a couple of Trail fitness classes and Beginner Trail classes. The next one coming up is a Trail Training Program running from 4-10 miles each session.
Join our marathon and half marathon training program in November to get ready for spring distance races, such as the Oakland Running Festival, Napa Valley Marathon, LA Marathon, Boston, Big Sur Marathons .You can also find LMJS members running in groups with one another -- check out some of the options.
