LMJS list of Top 5 Things to do This Spring

1.  Get out and run with us!  Meet up for one or all of our weekly informal group runs: >> Saturday Social Runs, Sunday Trail Fun Runs, Thursday Track;

2.  Become a New member of LMJS or Renew your existing membership and save!  You'll get reduced prices on race fees and LMJS programs along with other discount offers; 

3. Sign up for the February Couples Relay.   Pre-register for lower prices.  Be the first of 125 teams to sign up and get the coveted LMJS lightweight, day backpack swag; 

4. Sign up for the Trail Fitness Training Class.  Work on increasing your mileage and becoming stronger to meet the needs of trail running;  

5. Sign up for Spring Trail Training Class aligned with running our special races: Tilden Tough Ten and Woodmonster Trail Race.
