The summer air quality clearer up enough to have a nice race this morning that 89 lucky people took advantage of. Congrats to all of you Fourth Sunday Run finishers.

Big congratulations to all of the finishers of the July Fourth Sunday Race! The race antenna went haywire for a few minutes and while I was running around panicking, I didn't catch the first few finisher's times. Have no fear, we have back up! Joe will check that out tonight and we'll get those filled in.

Saturday Social Runs

Meet at 8:15 AM to start group run at 8:30 AM.  All speeds, distances and skill-levels are welcome.  Option to join runners for breakfast after the run.  Different location each week as announced in LMJS Facebook page each Thursday. Email stokely.lucy@gmail.com or bmcquinn@earthlink.net for more info or contact Juliann to be added to the weekly email list.

First off, a HUGE thank you to volunteers Jorge and Tom for running the timing system while I was away this race! And big congratulations to all of the finishers of this race, with special hellos to all the special participants who joined in support of Oakland Feather River Camp
