Hayward Empowerment Through Sport Running Camp
Imagining More Foundation is offering this one-day camp to 70 high school cross country athletes (in grades 9-12 in the East Bay) and their coaches. Hosted by Hayward High School, the camp is an opportunity to interact with three-time Olympian, Shannon Rowbury, and Mexican distance record holder, Pablo Solares. Camp counselors are current track and cross country athletes on the SF State campus and their coach, Sierra Brill. Katie Hynes, a nutritionist from UCSF, will be talking about sport nutrition.
