Trail Running for EveryBODY
Our Trail Running class is back. Meeting for 6 sessions on Saturdays at 9am starting April 2nd.
Working on the ups and downhills; building strength and skills to lift your feet off the ground and giving you confidence to run the trails safely and strong; you'll be prepared for spring running and other events. We'll be visiting various trails in the Oakland Hills and Tilden in Berkeley.
