The MARATHON training program begins Monday, November 19, 2018, and the first group run will be Saturday, November 24, 2018. Marathon training participants should be running at least 20 miles/week before starting the program.
The HALF MARATHON training program begins Monday, December 31, 2018, and the first Saturday group run will be January 5, 2019. Participants should be running at least 12 miles/week before beginning training. Half marathon training participants are encouraged to begin running with the group when the marathon training begins (shorter distances as appropriate).
