Looking forward to running the Triple Crown this year - this training program will prepare you better than ever!
Where: We'll be gathering at different staging areas of the Triple Crown Races: LMJS Tilden Tough Ten (May 21), Chabot Trail Challenge 1/2 Marathon (June 4) and the LMJS "Woodmonster" 9 mile course in Redwood Park (June 25), and even throw in the April 23, LMJS 4th Sunday to keep the Tilden Tough Ten pavement in check for us trail runners! (Register for races on your own - sign up for training first)
Start: Running rain or shine, we'll start April 9 with a 5 - 8 mile run and build our mileage up from there. We'll cover uphill and downhill running, stairs and roots, so you're prepared come race day! Contact Jeanine Holmlund with any questions.
This will be the 3rd time this program is offered. We are happy to offer this opportunity to train with others in the beautiful setting of the East Bay trails!
