Marathon or Half Marathon training (non-LMJS member) – $105.00

ng program for the Oakland Running Festival (ORF) Marathon and Half Marathon, or other spring marathons and half marathons.
We are excited to offer the official East Bay training program for the Oakland Running Festival's long distance events. We have worked with ORF since it began, and have helped hundreds of people to prepare for and enjoy their first marathon or half marathon.
Whether you are training for your first or your tenth, you can benefit from this program.
The
marathon program's
first Saturday group run
was December 3, 2016. Marathon trainees should be running at least 20 miles/week in November.
The half marathon program's
first Saturday group run
was January 14.
Half
marathon trainees should be running at least 12 miles/week by January.
