Trail Fitness Training Class

Thursdays June 17, 2021- July 15, 2021 Goal Race: Sunday July 18, @ Mt Sutro for R.E.I. Dirt, Sweat and Beers Virtual Race and Trail Clean-up (Time TBD)

(participants sign up separately for the 5k or 10k race: R.E.I. Mt Sutro)

LMJS opening up with a new sponsor:  We're heading back to the trails with a group run! This season the trail fitness class is sponsored by R.E.I. 

R.E.I. is offering 5 Surprise and Delight Packages to our runners in the class.  This included the full package sponsorship to our Mt. Sutro goal event! 

Improve your strength, form, and agility as you take your running to the trails. Prepare to workout for 5 sessions with runners of all levels and then run a local trail race. 

Running Ability:  Please feel comfortable running 3 miles before the start of class.   

Cost$50 LMJS members, $45 LMJS Racing Team members, $55 non-members   

Meeting Place: Various locations in East Bay hills

Time: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm 

Covid Protocols: We ask that all participants be vaccinated. Come wearing a mask to to our group location. While running, it will be your personal preference to run with or without your mask. If you are not feeling well and have any cold or covid symptoms, please refrain from coming.
