Trail Fitness Training Class
Sundays March 1 - April 5, Goal Race: Woodside Purisima Creek Crossover 10k, Half Marathon choices on APRIL 5

Improve your strength, form, and agility as you take your running to the trails. Prepare to workout for 5 sessions with runners of all levels and then run a local trail race. Class supported by experienced LMJS racers.
Running Ability: Please feel comfortable running at least 3-4 miles before the start of class.
Cost: $50 LMJS members, $65 non-members
