Improve your strength, form, and agility as you take your running to the trails. Prepare to workout for 6 sessions with runners of all levels.
Expected Ability: Ready to move your body hiking, jogging, slow-paced run, or a mix on dirt, grass, gravel is acceptable. Also, older runners at slower pace or lower endurance are encouraged to join. Goal of class is comfortably run/hike 3 miles on trails with some hills.
