Are you looking to get outside more in the evening? 

Our Trail Fitness program is back on the trails as a group again! Come run and be part of the fun this May. 


Improve your strength, form, and agility as you take your running to the trails. Runners of all speeds and experience with the ability to run a 5k will benefit the most from the program.

We'll be running in different locations in the East Bay hills working on the ups and downhills while building strength to lift your feet off the ground.

Running Ability : Please feel comfortable running at least 3 miles before the start of class. We'll be working up to our goal race distance of 5 miles and for those who are already there, it will be about running it more efficiently, safely and faster. 

Cost: $50 LMJS members, $55 non-members (join LMJS Running Club before registering for saving throughout the year).  Register on your own for the Coastal Trail race: Cinderella trail run.

Meeting Place: Various locations to be announced by weekly email. 

Time: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm 

Instructor : LMJS Board Member Training Director and Racing Team Member, Jeanine Bourcier Holmlund, RRCA and USATF certified Lev 2, Hayward High School cross-country coach. Jeanine organized the first LMJS trail training programs in 2011.
