Improve your strength, form, and agility as you take your running to the trails. We'll be doing extra running on hills! Prepare to workout for 5 sessions with runners of all levels and then run a local trail race.
Running Ability: Please feel comfortable running 3 miles before the start of class.
Cost: $50 LMJS members, $55 non-members
Meeting Place: Various locations in East Bay hills, a weekly email with the location will be sent to you.
Instructor: LMJS Board Member Training Director and Racing Team Coordinator, Jeanine Bourcier Holmlund, RRCA Lev 2 and USATF certified Endurance & Sprints Level 2 coach, coaching high school cross country and track for 16 years. She also coached track for the SF Marathon training program Run365. She is the creator of the LMJS trail running programs started in 2011 and has led the LMJS track program for 10 years as well as volunteered for all the LMJS Training programs.
