We are excited to offer the official East Bay training program for the Oakland Running Festival's (ORF) marathon and half marathon. We have worked with ORF since it began, and have helped hundreds of runners prepare for and enjoy our hometown celebration of running. Whether you're training for your first or your tenth marathon, you can benefit from this program. 

The marathon program's first Saturday group run will be November 25, 2017. Marathon trainees should be running *at least* 20 miles/week in November. 

The half marathon program's first Saturday group run will be January 6, 2018. Half marathon trainees should be running *at least* 12 miles/week before beginning training. 

Training schedules will be available for training participants in the fall.
