The 38th Couples Relay will be held on Sunday, February 28th, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
The LMJS Couples Relay is a two person relay with each team member running one 5K lap around Lake Merritt. Teams can be comprised of any combination of genders (on female/male teams the female runner will run the first leg). There are prizes for winners in each age division plus oldest and youngest team. There will be many goodies and prize drawings for all runners (must be present to win). The first 180 teams registered will receive a great race premium!
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to host our regular monthly kids races at this event.
Same day registration will be available between 8-8:45am on Sunday. Please plan on being early if you wait till race day to register. We want to start the race promptly at 9am.
Same-day registration fees are $40 per team for LMJS members, $45 per team for non-members, and $35 per team for youth teams (combined age of 29 and under).
