Speed Work - temporary location change!

  • Lake Merritt - Columns at east end of lake (temporary location)
Speed workouts continue on Tuesdays with Coaches Kathryn, Mary Beth, Allegra, and others. 

This week only, meet at Lake Merritt, at the columns on the east end near Grand Ave and El Embarcadero, at 6:30 PM. Bring a watch - a simple one is fine - and a light if you have one.  

If you ran the Kaiser Half Marathon or another race over the weekend, don't do speed work until next week.
